Other than as an entertainment volunteer, this was my first experience of any kind with a facility that provides this type of service.
Due to a home accident in which I shattered my ankle, I found myself in need of such services after my operation. During my stay at Admiral’s Pointe, I came in contact with staff members from probably every department in your facility. Without exception, the care, concern and encouragement I received was phenomenal.
Each step along the way that allowed me to return home showed me an amazing group of people who were dedicated and focused. My goals were their goals and the sincere encouragement they provide, include making sure my home was ready for continuing recovery, plus setting up an outpatient schedule for therapy, only increased my admiration for that dedication.
I have a big Thank You! To lay at the doorstep of Admiral’s Pointe for all the people who obviously enjoy being a part of my rehabilitation. I could not have accomplished what I did without all of you!

This was my second stay at Admiral's Pointe, during my time here my safety was their top priority. The team routinely checked on my needs, kept my pain under control, encouraged me throughout exercises. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to teach. I truly enjoyed my stay here!

I came to Admiral's Pointe because I was falling and unsafe to do everyday chores in my apartment. With the help of the nice and knowledgeable staff I am learning to safely do the things I need to so that I can return home.

"The beginning of my husbands stay was trying for everyone because he was so weak and defeated. His therapy began the first week, he couldn't lift his arms or legs. They started weight lifting and muscle stretching and pushed him to keep going every day. The therapist were quick to identify what motivates him and to encourage him to move beyond the hopelessness and pain left behind his recent health decline. We will praise God and be forever grateful to the nurses, therapist, and entire staff of Admiral's Pointe. We know our quality of life and the time we have to enjoy together it due to Dr. Bunting and the consistent care given by you folks. Thank you and may God bless each of you."
My mom's improvement has been wonderful at Admiral's Pointe. The staff are all nice and thorough. We are very happy!

I chose to come to Admiral's Pointe after my emergency surgery. This isn't my first stay here as I formerly had 2 other stays to receive Physical Therapy. The private suites are large and pleasant, the staff couldn't be nicer and the physical therapy is outstanding! They had me back on my feet in no time!

This was my first experience in rehab. As much as I wanted to go home, I am sure glad I came here. Everyone was very professional, really nice, and most importantly, understanding. The whole place is very clean and it helps the food was very good! If I ever have rehab again Admirals Pointe will definitely be my first choice.

My stay at Admiral's Pointe has been a good one. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. They're going to help me with the things I will need when I go home. Should you or your loved ones need a rehab facility after surgery, injury or illness I highly recommend Admiral's Pointe. Their staff is 100% dedicated to making you better. The staff serves with great expertise, kindness and friendliness. Whether it be a nurse, therapist, aide or office worker. Our area is lucky to have this facility.
When I first arrived at Admiral's Pointe late in the evening, I was greeted by staff with a warm welcome. I could tell instantly, staff love it here from the warmth of their smiles and first impression. As I nestled into my bed that evening, I was troubled with pain, without hesitation, my nurse addressed my pain and I had a good night sleep! The next morning, I was greeted by a wonderful person asking what he could do to help. He was accommodating in every way! The staff here is amazing and have a special place in my heart for all of them!
The around the clock care is phenomenal, the staff is wonderful and they do all they can to make your stay here a good one indeed. If anything were to happen to me, I would want to return to Admiral's Pointe! It is a great pleasure that I say Thank You to my nurses, STNA's, and therapists! You all played a big part of my healing and peace of mind! Thank you for your encouragement, your kind words went along way and will forever stay with me, I thank God for each and every one of you!

It'll be one year ago April that we were both in our rooms bummed out. On Friday, the activities assistant, Pam, encouraged each of us to come to an activity where we met for the first time. We sat together and talked.
On the following Saturday, I (Erik) asked Lisa to come to the "Bird Room" lounge to visit. It's been a beautiful thing ever since.
We discovered that we have a lot in common, including attending the same school, however never knowing one another at the time.
After a year we know so much about each other. This is the last place we both ever thought we would meet someone like this. The activities staff are wonderful here.
Thank you, Admiral's Pointe Staff! I came in broken, and I'm going home whole, mentally and physically. You made me feel like family. Thank you for the wonderful care. God Bless each and every one of you!

My experience in Admiral's Pointe Rehab was absolutely amazing! The staff made me feel at home, always smiling, laughing, and willing to help me with anything I needed. The Admissions Director is so welcoming and always has a smile on her face. Everything she told my daughter about Admirals Pointe was true. The physical and occupational therapists never gave up on me and because of them, I am walking again. Admiral's Pointe staff has become part of my family and I'm so grateful for all of them. I would recommend Admiral's Pointe to anyone!

I had a 10-day stay in the Rehab Unit due to a complicated shoulder surgery. The team at Admiral's Pointe took care of my needs in a caring, kind, and thoughtful manner. I was taught helpful hints that have made activities of daily life with one arm much easier until I'm completely healed. I appreciate all their help and God Bless Admirals Pointe!

The staff at Admiral's Pointe is very pleasant and friendly. I would get visits from them just to say hello and ask how I was doing. I always looked forward to seeing them. It means so much when people genuinely show they care about you and check in even when you don't need them!

I want to express my appreciation to you and your wonderful staff for the compassion and care they have shown to my father and myself. Even though he was only in your care for such a short time, I want to thank you all for your love and support. We will always be grateful.
This is my second time at Admiral's Pointe. I chose to come back because of the way I was treated the first time. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. So, for me, there was no other choice. I like that you treat the Veterans with such respect. There are so many positive things to say about the care; the variety of activities that keep you busy, the therapy dept, the food, the cleanliness. Everyone and everything was so amazing.
Recently, I was put in a position to take over care of my father. He had Alzheimer's disease and his sole caregiver passed away.
From the first phone conversation with Heather in admissions, I knew this was the place for him.
The team on the Memory Care unit was amazing. They were very attentive to my father's needs, but also to mine and my family. Every staff member had a smile on their face and introduced themselves. Some staff would pop into the room to ask if we had any concerns or needs.
The care and respect given to my father was priceless. Even though he passed away, his care was more than I could ever have asked for. Even after his passing, the staff was so considerate of me and of my family.

I made the right choice in placing my husband at Admirals Pointe. They were very helpful and caring, showing love and support in many ways. Knowing my husband is out of pain I can now move on and start healing myself.
