Hoppy Hearts and Happy Memories: Easter at Admiral’s Pointe
April 14, 2025
Admiral’s Pointe in Huron was bursting with joy and laughter on April 12th as we welcomed families, staff, residents, and community members to our annual Easter Egg Hunt on the lawn. What began as a simple tradition has grown into one of our most cherished events—one that brings people of all ages together to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories.
Organized by our devoted Activities Director, Lisa, and supported by multiple departments, the event featured games, candy prizes, fresh-baked cookies, and of course, a lively Easter Egg Hunt! Children raced across the grass in search of colorful eggs while residents smiled and watched the joy unfold, surrounded by the love of their families and the spirit of community.
Events like these are more than just fun—they’re about building a culture of care. As Kathy Barman, a family member of a resident, beautifully shared:
"Thank you Admiral’s for allowing us to bring our grandchildren to visit family and make things feel fun and normal. We get to continue making memories with our Aunt because of events like this."
Hosting these celebrations gives our residents the chance to enjoy holidays in a way that feels familiar and joyful, while reminding the community that life doesn’t stop in long-term care—it continues with love, laughter, and connection.
We are grateful to everyone who joined us for this heartwarming day and especially to our incredible team who made it possible. Here’s to more moments like these where Our Family Takes Care of Your Family—and shares a few Easter eggs along the way.
